Creature Hunting in the Puget Sound

While my uncle Garth and aunt Mari were visiting we headed to the Puget Sound to look for creatures. My dad used to teach marine biology and loves anything he can find in the water, so it's always a fun science lesson for the rest of us.
Paige loved it and was fearless when it came to touching or holding the fun things Grandpa found.

Love my mom's facial expression in this

Then Paige was distracted by walking in the sand and climbing around the big rocks.

A fun day exploring!

  1. What beautiful pictures of your gorgeous girl! And your right, your Mom's expression is priceless! My kids love learning stuff like that from your Dad! If he did field trips my kids would be first in line!

  2. This looks like so much fun! I always feel like such an amateur at tide pools... It'd be nice to have someone like your dad to point things out. Paige is as cute as ever! Can't wait for the sweet baby boy to arrive too! But I keep forgetting your pregnant because you never look it in pictures. Dang, girl!
