Point Defiance Zoo

One thing that was on our list of things to do in WA was a trip to the zoo, so we squeezed it in on one of our last weekends. We hadn't been since Paige was a baby, so it was fun now that she can recognize the animals (although I will admit I don't think she could see a lot of them from her stroller, and was probably more entertained by the kettle corn, but whatever works :)

And as this is the last of our pictures from our summer in Washington, I just have to say how fun it was to get to stay with my parents. Don't get me wrong, it was very hard being away from Ben, especially while being so pregnant, but it was so fun getting to see so much family. Paige is on a first name basis with great-grandparents, great aunts & uncles, and asks about my sister's family all the time. We loved getting to be with my parents and they were amazing to put up with us for that long. The first few days we left Paige cried asking where my parents were....needless to say she got pretty attached. Thanks mom & dad for such a fun summer!
